Labor Day is around the corner. Here's IKING's holiday schedule and some important business details for your reference.

Holiday Period

We'll be on holiday from May 1 - 5, 2026. Production and logistics will pause, but we'll have staff checking messages and emails.

Order & Shipping

• 1.Orders: Pre-holiday orders proceed as planned. New ones during the break will be handled on May 6.
• 2.Shipping: Possible minor delays due to logistics. For tight deadlines, contact us in advance.

After-Sales Support

Our sales team has on-duty staff for urgent matters. Once, a client had equipment trouble during a holiday. Our on-call team quickly guided them via video to fix it, ensuring project progress. So, reach out anytime if needed.

We'll resume full operations on May 6 and prioritize backlog.
